Get 2017 off to a Great Start!

According to Certified Health Coach Susan Epstein, the Top Five “resolutions” for 2017 are:

  1. To get healthier
  2. To get more organized
  3. To spend less, save more
  4. To enjoy life to the fullest
  5. To stay fit and healthy

If being healthier or getting organized are a priority for you or a loved one, if you care about saving money, saving time, or reducing risks, there’s a free consumer education course you’ll want to attend at the Westerly Public Library beginning in January. Three topics will be covered between January and March and there are evening or morning sessions to fit your busy schedule.

Some organizations focus on exercise, others on nutrition. Some focus on your financial health, others on your spiritual or environmental health. Janie Appleseed is different. We focus on holistic health to help you integrate the many diverse dimensions of health into everyday life. We also teach you how to create and maintain a personal health record that helps you save time, save money, reduce risks, and make better health decisions.
